The house says
Peruzzo is a family winery in Bagé, in the Campanha Gaúcha of southern Brazil, making still and sparkling wine from its own vineyards. This is the Brut Rosé Champenoise sparkling wine, made from Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc, from the Campanha Gaúcha: champenoise method, 12.5% alcohol and 36 months on the lees. Brut, with 9.27 g/L of residual sugar. The producer speaks of intense, complex aromas, with toasted notes and red fruit such as cherry, and of marked acidity, creaminess and persistent bubbles. It suggests fish, seafood, Japanese cuisine, salads and medium-aged soft cheeses, served at 4 to 6 °C. It is not in the X-Wines base, so it has no rating from drinkers yet. Had it? Toast and tell us.
Basic details checked by the house in Sep 2026; acidity will be added once the house checks the label.

Are you this wine's producer?
This page comes from the public X-Wines database or from what the house read on the producer's website. Whoever makes the wine knows best: send the official tech sheet, correct what's wrong or ask for it to come down. No producer pays to get in, to move up or to leave, and the sheet you send takes precedence over any other source.
Received, thank you. The house replies to the e-mail you left, confirms it's from the producer and updates the page.
Spotted something wrong on this page?
Got it, thanks. The house checks the source and fixes it.
Goes well with
White fish, seafood, soft cheese and salad.
A suggestion, not a rule: if you liked it another way, you're right.

A label outside X-Wines, an open scientific dataset (de Azambuja, R. The price range is the one the house saw at big stores in Brazil, in the month shown: the price changes, the range tends to stay. Shipping isn't included. The house doesn't sell wine.
