The house says

Peruzzo is a family winery in Bagé, in the Campanha Gaúcha of southern Brazil, making still and sparkling wine from its own vineyards. This is the 2023 Chardonnay, a dry white: 12.5% alcohol, fermented in French barrels for about 10 days. The producer mentions green apple, pineapple and peach, and speaks of freshness, complexity and smoothness. It suggests salad, pasta, baked fish, crustacean risotto and non-spicy seafood, well chilled, at 8 to 10 °C. It is not in the X-Wines base, so it has no rating from drinkers yet. Had it?
