Brezo Malbec Syrah

A red wine from Mendoza, Argentina. Medium-bodied. A blend of Malbec and Syrah.

The house says

An everyday Argentine red. The Malbec brings the fruit and the softness; the Syrah adds a touch of spice. Part of the wine spends six months with oak staves (strips of wood inside the tank, the budget way to give it a bit of barrel), which rounds it out without weighing it down. Medium-bodied, easy alongside meat, pasta and pizza. It's here because the community searched for it: it isn't in the X-Wines database, so it has no rating from people who drank it yet. Had it? Raise a glass and tell us.

Basic details checked by the house in Sep 2026; alcohol content and acidity will be added once the house checks the label.

No rating from drinkers yetThis label isn't in the X-Wines database, where the search ratings come from. The house added it because the community asked; the house doesn't make up ratings. The community rating, just below, is a different one: it comes from cellar members.

Quick answers

Is Brezo Malbec Syrah any good?

No rating from drinkers yet: this label is outside the X-Wines database, and the house does not make ratings up. Had it? The community rating, at the top of this page, is yours to give.

How much does Brezo Malbec Syrah cost?

In Brazil's big stores, the house saw it up to R$ 60 in Sep 2026. That is the range, not the exact price: prices move, the range usually holds. Seen it for a different price? Say so in “Is the price right?”, just above.

Are you this wine's producer?

This page comes from the public X-Wines database or from what the house read on the producer's website. Whoever makes the wine knows best: send the official tech sheet, correct what's wrong or ask for it to come down. No producer pays to get in, to move up or to leave, and the sheet you send takes precedence over any other source.

Goes well with

Red meat, barbecue, pasta, pizza, poultry and semi-aged cheese.

A suggestion, not a rule: if you liked it another way, you're right.

A label outside X-Wines, an open scientific dataset (de Azambuja, R. X. et al., 2023): basic details gathered and checked by the house, in the month shown under “The house says”; no rating, because ratings aren't made up. The price range is the one the house saw at big stores in Brazil, in the month shown: the price changes, the range tends to stay. Shipping isn't included. The house doesn't sell wine.
