The house says

Miolo went after Gewürztraminer, the Alsace grape famous for its perfume, and planted it in a single plot in Santana do Livramento, in the Campanha, near Uruguay. It is an off-dry white: a little sugar beside the acidity, with aromas of rose, pineapple in syrup and honey. 13% alcohol. Serve well chilled, as a starter, with seafood, salt cod, fresh cheese or Asian food. It is not in the X-Wines base, so it has no rating from drinkers yet. Had it? Toast and tell us.
